Father and son’s continue customer satisfaction in the automotive industry for over 100 years. Frederick W. Hertrich III, President of Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships works out of his office at the Seaford location he established in 1975. Both his grandfather and father worked for the Buick Motor Company. In 1964 his father established the Hertrich Pontiac-Buick Agency in Seaford, Delaware.

The Hertrich Family now has a chain of 8 family owned and operated automobile dealerships on Delmarva in Dover, Milford, Seaford, Denton and Pocomoke City representing Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Nissan, Mazda, Suzuki, Toyota, and Scion. 

From day one the Hertrich Family knew the importance of customer loyalty.  Over 45 years later the size of the Family has grown, but the constant emphasis on customer satisfaction remains the same.
