Finance a new or pre-owned vehicle and receive a Golden Ticket for the chance to have that car paid off.* One lucky Golden Ticket winner will be drawn on March 1st at 6pm on WBOC TV and WMDT 47 TV. *Only One Golden Ticket will be issued per Retail vehicle purchased from an Eligible Hertrich Dealership between the dates of January 1, 2012 and February 29, 2012. The individual (s) who appear (s) on the Bill of Sale (hereafter identified as the “winner”) will have their name written on the Golden Ticket with the VIN of the vehicle they would like to have paid off, their contact phone number, physical address of their residence an email address if available and the name of the financing institution holding the primary loan on their vehicle. Each Golden Ticket must be signed by both the participant and an eligible representative of the Hertrich Family prior to the drawing. On March 1st 2012, A Representative for The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships will select at random one golden ticket from those eligible per program guidelines. The individual selected in the drawing will receive a check for up to but not to exceed $20,000 to pay off the auto loan of the vehicle identified on the Golden Ticket submitted. The amount of the check will be determined by the amount owed or payoff amount of the vehicle as of February 29, 2012 that is identified on the Golden Ticket selected in the drawing. The check issued will be made payable to the name (s) as they appear on the GOLDEN TICKET AND the financial institution identified the Golden Ticket. A Hertrich Family representative will call the financial institution identified on the Golden Ticket on March 2nd following the drawing to determine the amount due to pay off the loan of the eligible vehicle within 10 days. Only the outstanding balance on the loan as of February 29th will be eligible for payment. The Hertrich Family does not accept responsibility for late payments, or liabilities arising from delays in payment due to processing. The “winner” accepts responsibility for payment of the loan. ONLY the VIN that is represented on the Golden Ticket drawn as the winner will be eligible for payment. Only one entry per VIN . Only one entry per participant. The Winner will be notified by email if available, phone call, and a letter addressed to the physical address provided on the Golden Ticket. The “winner” will have until March 15th 2012 to establish contact with the Hertrich Family to accept their prize. After 8pm on March 15th, the winner will forfeit their winnings. The “winner” will be provided a 1099 for their winnings. No purchase necessary. Customer may enter to win at any Eligible Hertrich Dealership by filling out a Golden Ticket, providing photo identification (Driver’s license or State issued ID card) and proof of loan information (account # and payoff information). Eligible Dealerships include, Hertrich of Pocomoke, Hertrich’ s Frederick Ford in Seaford DE., Hertrich Buick GMC, Hertrich Chevy Dodge, Hertrich Nissan, Hertrich Ford Lincoln, Hertrich Toyota, Hertrich Capitol, Hertrich Chevrolet Buick GMC, Hertrich Ford of Easton, and Hertrich of New Castle. Eligible representatives for the Hertrich Family for the purposes of this drawing include a General Manager, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, or Cooperate Officer. The Golden Ticket has no cash value. Odds of Winning are 1: Number of entries at Eligible Hertrich Dealerships during contest dates. Wholesale Vehicles are not eligible for contest.
