Hertrich Cash for Class 2022 – Celebrating our Teachers!
Over the last three months we have had the opportunity to visit several local school districts to surprise our Hertrich Cash for Class 2022 winners and their students with a banner and a check. This year, we were able to fund 40 individual projects totaling awards of almost $40,000!
In addition to funding many classroom needs with Hertrich awards, we also asked the community to vote for their favorite project on social media. This year our Community Favorite Winners…
Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke Awards Funding to 15 Local Educators through Hertrich Cash for Class Contest

Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke recently provided significant funding to 15 local educators through their new Hertrich Cash for Class program. The Hertrich Cash for Class program invited educators in Somerset, Worcester and Accomack county to submit a video that showed what their school or classroom needed funds for. Educators were able to upload the videos on the Hertrich website throughout the month of November, then the first week of December, the community was able to vote for their favorite video. The community favorite winner automatically received full funding for their requested
Calling all Educators in Worcester, Somerset and Accomack Counties

This November, Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke is giving educators in Worcester, Somerset and Accomack counties the opportunity to earn Cash for Class! Educators can submit a video telling us what they would like funding for and how it will benefit their students. Submissions are due by November 30th, 2018. The community will have the opportunity to vote on social media for the Community's Choice award from December 4th the 9th. Winners will be announced in December. We are looking forward to hearing the great ideas our local educators will present.

Today is National Education Support Professionals Day. This day falls during American Education Week and serves as an opportunity to recognize support professionals who provide essential services to our students and serve a critical role in their education. Here at Hertrich, we are proud supporters of education. We are honored to recognize not just teachers, but support professionals as well.

For the past two weeks, our summer destination has been the Delaware State Fair. We were once again the Official Local Auto Dealer of the Delaware State Fair and this year, we even added a namesake, The Hertrich Plaza. It has been a busy two weeks full of rain, heat and excitement and now that it is over, it is time to sit down with a plate of veggies to counteract all of the delicious fried food and enjoy again some of our favorite moments from the 2018 Delaware State Fair.
