Chevrolet is bringing in new competition to the SUV market in early 2019. The all new Chevy Blazer is being introduced with great features and a sleek look that give it a competitive edge and a modern flair. Take a look at what we know right now about the upcoming 2019 Blazer.

Exterior

The new Chevy Blazer is a sporty, 2-row SUV geared toward both style and utility. One of the most notable things about the exterior is its sharp, modern styling. Offering a variety of interior and exterior packages and options, the Blazer will be easily customizable with its available trims, including RS and Premier.

Interior

The interior styling of the Blazer promises to be just as modern as the outside. The Blazer will come equipped standard with an 8-inch touchscreen display in the center of the dash equipped with Android Auto, Apply CarPlay, and a 4G Wi-Fi hot spot. Other fun features have also been leaked, such as Hitch Guidance to help align a hitch to a trailer, and Hitch View which provides an overhead view of the trailer. In the RS and Premier trims, adaptive cruise control and a rear mirror camera are an option.

Cargo

Chevy has let us know that, with the rear seats folded, the Blazer has 64.2 cubic feet of cargo space, but the Chevrolet-first Cargo Management System will also allow the you to secure items by dividing the cargo area.

Powertrain

The Blazer’s base engine with be a 193-horsepower 2.5-liter inline-four, perfect for daily drivers. A 305 horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine is also available if you’re looking to upgrade, which has 4,5000 lbs. of towing power. FWD is standard on the Blazer, with AWD as an option.
