Thank you for being a part of the Hertrich Family.  We would like to extend our support to everyone affected by the Coronavirus. We understand that this is a difficult and uncertain time for our community and we are here to help.  
 
At this time, we will remain open to serve our customers. 
 
As always, the safety of our customers and employees is our top concern.  We are exceeding all preventative measures recommended by our Local Governing Bodies and will continue to monitor the situation closely. To help our customers comply with social distancing recommendations, we have added additional options for those in need of a vehicle or service including:
 
*Increased shuttle availability for service customers who prefer to wait at home while service work is completed
*Free pick up and delivery of vehicles in need of service (available at some locations)
*no visit necessary car buying options (available at some locations.)  
 
We have also taken additional steps to provide a healthy environment for our customers and team members including: 
 
*Greeting customers with a warm smile, a “Welcome to Hertrich” and no handshake (in compliance with the CDC recommendation)
*Disinfecting touch points such as door handles continuously throughout the day
