In honor of Delaware Hire a Veteran Month, the Hertrich Family of Dealerships would like to introduce Jorge Perez of Harrington, DE. One of our most recent Military Heroes to come on board, he started at Hertrich Ford Lincoln in March of 2019 as an advisor in their world class Parts Department.

Jorge, his parents and little sister Nadia relocated to Delaware for better opportunities a little over 14 years ago from Far Rockaway, NY a New York City borough of Queens. Jorge was only 7.

Mazda Technician wins MAZTECH regional competition, heads to nationals

One of our very own technicians at Hertrich’s Capitol, Eric, is the Northeast Region first place champion for the MAZTECH competition! In October, Mazda will fly Eric to California to compete against the best of the best at the Mazda Headquarters for the national title.  WHEN Eric wins, he will qualify for the chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to Japan in March to compete in the world competition.

Military Spotlight- Senior Master Sergeant Stephens

First planes and now cars, Wayne Stephens has always had a knack for fixing things, so being a Parts Advisor is a natural fit.  Originally from the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, Wayne grew up in a Military family.  In fact, it was his dad that inspired him to join the Air Force.
